Forms and Resources for Counsellors
You and your parent contact will receive an email 3 weeks prior to your counselling week detailing the forms required to counsel, forms deadlines, and providing information regarding transportation to and from Cheakamus Centre. Please note: unless all forms are returned to us, including the Permission Form with all signatures (principal, school counsellor, all teachers, parent/guardian), you will not be permitted to attend Outdoor School for the week scheduled.
